I am a filmmaker. Everything to me is in memories. Memories created. It is all about pre, pro and post. Good preparation guides the present for a harmonized future. That's how memory is created. Invisible technologies is creating memories. For employers and employees. Block by block, a scene is created, then a movie, to a sequel or a series. Just like Invisible is redefining work, my dream is to redefine my community. To instill in them the spirit of winning. To be the heroes, the lead actors and not villains. I am a living memory.

I think that having transparency is ultimately the most important step. Transparency is to know exactly what is happening, communicating and developing openness, and knowing where parties are aligned with clarity.” And that is exactly what she loves at Invisible -- everyone knows what’s going on in the background, and can see the bigger picture. “We know we are working for a greater vision!”.

He watches EVERY sport. From Curling to Fly Fishing and everything in between, he is a total sports junkie. Something that Ignatious thinks we all should know -- The longest suspension bridge in Africa is the Maputo-Katembe Bridge in Mozambique. After some controversy over the infrastructure naming (politicians took to naming every new building or road after themselves), it was decided to so name the bridge because it crosses over from Maputo to Katembe. In total, it took 4 years to construct at a cost of 700 million USD, most of that amount being Chinese funding.

Jordan Melecio brings creative solutions to the Operations Team over at Invisible. He applies these solutions on tasks and delegations that require more than just carefully constructed automotive processes. He tackles delegations that help a client progress while continually developing an organic relationship. Before landing work over at Invisible, Jordan spent a fair amount of work in the Medical & Legal Transcription space back when it was blooming. He took it as an opportunity in Baguio City, Philippines – establishing editing & final output refinements for HIPAA. He secured work, alongside developing work ethics and practices involved in bringing legal deposition transcriptions up to par for US clients. This, alongside helping his company train incoming agents to the fold. Jordan also dabbled in the multi-level marketing in an attempt to experience a different field of work. He has a penchant for the hardware tech enthusiast space, leaning toward personal computer hardware. This keeps him up-to-date with what’s new in the hardware space, PC and console gaming among other things, which includes bingeing in PC gaming. This unfortunately irks his friends. He certainly does like meeting new people and making friends, taking long walks on the beach, hiking, and the occasional running around in the dark screaming in haunted areas.

With most of her family in Venezuela, Carla has been searching for a way to sustain her life there so she can stay close to her parents. This has been rather difficult given the current economic climate in Venezuela. Through all the instability in Venezuela, Invisible has provided Carla with a sense of security while working there. Even through the most difficult of struggles, Carla believes, “Everything will work out in the end.”

Khallever first learned about Invisible by reading one of Francis's blog articles. “The vision of the company, the CEO’s voice…” fascinated him. Shortly after reading the article he applied to Invisible. Within a week of working there, he knew Invisible was no ordinary company. Initially Khallever saw Invisible as an opportunity to save money and build a blog of his own. But now, he says, "Even if I make all the money I need, I’m not going to leave because Invisible has changed me. I understand the people in Kenya, Brazil, Mexico.” His perceptions of each of these cultures has changed. “It’s not about Invisible anymore, it’s about the people I’m meeting.” "The team," he observed, "The innovation behind the company is the unity of the team. The people working at Invisible are incredible. Some are writers, some are adventurers, some stay at home, some are always outside. I get to see it all.”

Melody’s dream is to go back to school to study culinary arts. Melody had to put her studies on pause so that she could save enough for tuition. For several years she worked at various call centers, but those jobs barely met her basic needs, let alone help her save for tuition or for the family restaurant her mother has been building. She applied to Invisible thinking that she was underqualified and would likely not be hired. However, she kept faith that her desire to learn and her ability to adapt to situations and heed advice would demonstrate her fit for Invisible. Sure enough, it was. Melody screamed when she received Kamron’s welcome email. It was a dream come true. “The salary I receive in a week is the salary I used to get in a whole month. That allows me to be more responsible financially and to send more money to my mom for the construction of our cafeteria.”
Except for a period early in high school, Michael wasn’t ambitious. “Present me would be sick looking at how I was! I wasn’t that ambitious, and I was manipulative. But I was chasing teachers around to give me extra credit and stuff”. He thought that becoming a competition addict or the perfect top student of the class would be the permanent destruction of his life. He enjoys building, upgrading and fixing computers. He likes to do an GPU upgrade every year on his main rig and do a complete rebuild every other year just to play with the latest hardware. “Next year my i7 rig will be two years old and am thinking of going with Bulldozer just to change things up. My spare parts will then go into secondary machines so I'm constantly changing things up.”

One of the stories he wants to tell is, 'A community of people that live all over the world who trust one another and believe in this single mission of changing the world. I want to tell the story of how Invisible has given purpose to someone, somewhere-- Kenya, Ghana, Croatia, etc. That is the story I would tell. But the first thing to do is know every single detail, research. I would need to know every person. And to know each person, you need to create trust. First and foremost it is the ability to trust yourself. It starts inward. And from there you learn to trust others. This is what I call true magic-- to be able to trust someone because that has to be able to trust me.

I am an Engineer, something I have never regretted. My passion for Engineering started at a tender age and I have never taken a break. I love to solve problems, I like to connect the dots and find solutions. Whether it’s finding the most elegant way to do a research or figuring out how how the problem can be solved, I love the challenge of finding a way and discovering solutions. Maybe that’s why I love researching and the satisfaction that comes from finding the right solution to a problem; or why I study psychology and rationally in my spare time to figure out how people think. As long as there’s a problem to solve or a challenge to puzzle over, it’s bound to be something I love!!

His current script is an adventure mystery, a cross between Indiana Jones and Sherlock Holmes, that tries to solve how to capture an escaped wolf-like creature in Scottish lore. Rene writes to tell an underlying message that, “It doesn’t matter how scary something is, as long as you put the time, you can solve any problem.” After writing for a bit, he then feeds his animal companions at home, which include birds, cats, bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, tortoises, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish sea snails and ferrets. Not long after this morning ritual, he continues his problem-solving work as an operator at Invisible.

She also has an extensive background in the Telecommunications industry and the Training Industry. She specialized in Communications, Sales, Customer service and Soft skills training, helping trainees with their potential employment. Training for her is a social responsibility. She is most passionate about motivating her trainees to dream beyond borders and to achieve the impossible with the right and positive behavior and above all - faith. Her interest in culture and diversity made her decide to study Consular and Diplomatic Affairs in college where she supported herself through her Futbol and Academic Scholarships. History, the World Wars, Human Philosophy, and Psychology are some of her interests. For Tina, life is a continuous learning process. Every day is a learning experience. That for her is how you gain from life. She enjoys intimate conversations, traveling, mountain climbing, going to the beach, listening to music from roots to heavy metal, and being a mother of three. She is beyond thankful for her experiences in life, working at an early age of 17 and supporting her family. All these served as her training ground and made her appreciate and embrace the yins and yangs of life. According to Tina, she found her ideals in Invisible. The culture, diversity, passion, knowledge, sense of social responsibility and learnings that she has been craving for is everything that is Invisible. " In my years of experience working with reputable institutions, never have I seen a team like Invisible. Everyone lifts each other towards a common goal, to be the best that they can be. I am truly blessed, grateful, and proud to be part of this team!"
When Valerie was a young girl she used to have extraordinary vision. Her mother could tell her to find a small pin on the floor, and she would be able to spot it immediately. But this all changed almost over night. One day in class, she was asked to read something on the board, but she could not read anything. Hospital tests revealed that the cause was genetic, a trait her father expressed and causes far-sighted vision loss. But she can see beyond what is visible. Invisible has shown her a new world of possibilities. “I see the world as amazing. It’s just amazing.” Though she is currently in school full time to be a nurse and part-time Invisible agent, she hopes to become a full-time agent and part-time nurse once her studies are complete.
If you asked her 10 years ago, Vanessa would have never imagined that she would be a remote worker. She entered the world of home-based working by starting out as an online English tutor. She has also dabbled in a bit of freelance writing. Vanessa graduated with a degree in BS Psychology. Although it wasn’t her first choice, she doesn’t regret taking the course. She met some great friends in university, with whom she has spent her free time fueling her love for the beach. Vanessa’s happy place is anywhere she can snorkel and witness the bustling sea life through her goggles. She is always fondly recalling that time she swam alongside a sea turtle in Apo Island in Negros Oriental and that other time she went island hopping with her family in El Nido in Palawan. Vanessa thinks she’s lucky to live in Cebu City – she has the convenience of the city and the access to nearby beaches. For her, it’s good that she lives in a tropical country, too, because she gets cold rather easily. Vanessa doesn’t want much in life. As long as she can pay the bills, surround herself with loved ones, and keep traveling, she's okay.
Vince’s path to Invisible though unexpected was a rather natural one. A family event years prior prevented him from finishing his studies in computer programming. He became a technician for several internet service providers. The desire to do computer programming still lingered. He thought, “I know how to use a spreadsheet, I have internet, and I have a computer. Perhaps I should try freelancing online instead.” It was not long after his sister-in-law introduced him to Invisible that he was learning more than he in school. Though there is so much dynamism and change at Invisible, he hopes that one thing never changes, “The diversity of people. It's how we overcome ignorance and ultimately racism.

Zein grew up in Karachi, Pakistan while being mostly aloof from Pakistani culture. Raised around computer games, books and movies of the 80s, 90s and 2000s, as well as the internet. He is not an articulate speaker of the country's national language where he was born - Urdu. In comparison, British English feels closer to him. Besides English, Zein grew up to learn German, Russian and a bit of Finnish. He likes to see life as full of opportunities and plentiful resources. “This essence when made the most of makes life meaningful, as far as my experience goes. But making the most of doesn't really mean for me to throw a party and get wasted. Instead I like being selfish with people, selfish together to achieve goals. Especially with those who'd think they've got no one.” He considers matters of life and work professionally and seriously, with a syrup of laughter and humour.
